1- big sweet onion
1- medium potato
Chicken or vegetable stock(NOT liquid)
Dice all vegetable to smaller piece & boil in water. Once boil, reduce heat and add sea salt, black pepper & chicken(or vegetable)stock. Cook until vegetable are super soft.
Purée in blender.
Before served- add scallion, chive, parsley....whatever you like!
No cream, no milk, no butter... Super healthy!!
